Transportation

CHS offers bus transportation from Calhoun to meet the needs of our families. Students are invited to take advantage of this service and have the option of a round trip or one-way service. The rates are per semester and will be billed through your family's billing account at the beginning of each semester. Occasional riders will be allowed if there is space available. The charge per daily one-way trip is $15 for the Calhoun route. For more details, please contact Holly Roberts, Financial Registrar, at hroberts@chslions.com.

Calhoun Route

The Calhoun route leaves from the former Piggly Wiggly shopping center off I-75 on exit 315. The bus will arrive by 7:00 a.m. and will depart at 7:15 a.m. each school morning, including late start Wednesday. The afternoon bus will depart CHS at 3:40 p.m. and should arrive in the former Piggly Wiggly parking lot around 4:15 p.m. On half days, the bus will depart CHS at 11:45 a.m.

Full service cost per semester: $600

One-way service cost per semester: $385

The fee is per family, not per child.
