How to Apply

Start by filling out an admission application form. Complete one form per applicant, each with a non-refundable application fee of $100.00.

Once an application has been submitted, all applicants must register for the Independent School Entrance Examination (ISEE). All tests are administered at CHS, but registration and fees must be completed online at www.erblearn.org in advance. CHS's school code number will be needed to register for the test and will be provided by our Director of Admission after application submission.

Please copy each form(s) for the grade the applicant is currently enrolled and send them to the applicant's current school to be completed by the appropriate teacher(s).

• Grades 2-5
• Grades 6-12 (English)
• Grades 6-12 (Math)

Please print, complete, and sign the release of records form, and send it to the applicant’s current school with a request to mail the following records to Christian Heritage School.

Required records include:

• Transcript of grades

• Standardized test scores

• Copy of birth certificate

• Social security number

• Discipline report or a signed statement by a school official that the student does not have a discipline report

• Health documents

  • Certificate of Immunization Form 3231

  • Eye, Ear, Dental Examination Form 3300

Once gathered, all forms should be mailed or faxed to:

The final requirement before acceptance is an interview, which will be scheduled by the Director of Admission.

When all of these requirements have been met, the applicant’s file will be sent to our Admission Committee for consideration. A final decision of acceptance or denial for admission will be made and sent to you via email.

If you receive an acceptance email, it will include instructions to accept our online enrollment packet. The packet must be electronically signed and submitted before your student is officially enrolled. Your student cannot be guaranteed admission if this documentation is received after the deadline.

By signing the online enrollment packet, you are committing to pay, and will be charged, the full tuition amount of your financial commitment for the entire academic school year. The parents’ signature in the online enrollment packet also signifies that the parents and the student (if applicable) have read and agree to abide by the rules and policies laid out in our handbook.

We offer need-based financial aid options. More information can be found here or requested from Teri Ward, Director of Financial Aid, at tward@chslions.com. Financial aid application for the 2024-2025 school year open October 1, 2023. Please note that financial aid must be applied for as soon as the admission application is submitted, as these processes run parallel.
