Cheer Camp (Day One)

It was an amazing first day of Cheer Camp at CHS! Today's spirit day theme was "Celebrity Day", and campers were encouraged to dress as their favorite celebrtiy. They certainly did not disappoint! The morning began with an introduction to camp and a time of praise and worship. Campers were then split into groups based on their ages and formed into lion tribes. Tribes rotated throughout seven stations (two cheers, two chants, tumbling, jumps, stunts, dance, and performance/game day routine) to learn from our very own CHS cheerleaders and prepare for their pep rally under the Friday night lights at the conclusion of the week. We cannot wait for what the rest of the week holds for these future CHS cheerleaders!
