the chs advantage

An independent, Christian education is a significant investment not only in your child’s future but in your child’s life. Here, we prepare children for the next step in their journey while helping them discover their ultimate purpose. From meaningful field trips to performing on the field and on the stage, we offer a wealth of opportunities. Here, you can expect your child to be treated as an individual, with their own unique combination of talents, passions, and ambitions. Our small class sizes and challenging courses will allow their creativity to flourish and shine. To learn more about CHS, we invite you to explore our website, visit our campus, and ask our students, parents, teachers, and alumni why CHS is special to them. We look forward to meeting you and your family as you begin this exciting journey.

Meet the Duddlestons

"We joined the CHS family 19 years ago when our twins started school. As our youngest graduates, we feel certain that it was absolutely one of the best decisions we ever made. We chose CHS simply because we wanted God to be openly acknowledged and woven throughout their education. We got that and so much more! Caring teachers and staff, leadership opportunities, athletic opportunities, and a strong academic foundation have prepared our children for life after CHS making the transition to college fun and rewarding. Still, it is more than that. It is little things like lower school teachers who play a part of high school graduation and love on the graduates like they are still their little first grade students. There is just something special about this place that is difficult to describe. You just have to experience it!"

-Lisa Duddleston, Parent

Meet Morgan ('18)

"When I graduated from Christian Heritage School, I knew I was equipped for the world ahead of me. The faculty and staff knew my story and challenged me to develop as a leader, student, and woman of God. Since graduating from CHS, I have seen how my time there prepared me for where I am now. The workload in college does not phase me, because I have the skills to complete the work and know how to manage my time. I am able to defend my faith and know who God created me to be. I took on multiple leadership roles in my first year of college, because I had already experienced what it was like to lead 150+ people in chapels as a prefect. While I miss my CHS family every day, I know that because of the things I learned and experienced there, I am confident when facing the world before me with a Christian perspective. While CHS is no longer my school, I know it is always my home."

-Morgan Branam, Class of 2018

Meet the Godfreys

"We could not be more pleased with our decision to attend CHS after relocating from Marietta. It is such a warm, loving, yet challenging environment. The teachers do an amazing job of keeping parents informed. It truly is a great fit for our family."

-Lisa-Marie Godfrey, Parent
